Terms of use

Last updated 29 September 2026

By using Jiruma you agree to what follows. It is short because there is not much to agree to.

Jiruma is not health advice

The challenges are habits people have tried, not medical, dietary, psychological or fitness advice, and nothing in the app is written or reviewed by a professional. Some challenges involve changing what you eat, when you sleep, or how much you exercise. You are responsible for deciding whether one is right for you, and for stopping if it is not. Speak to a doctor before starting anything that could affect your health, particularly if you are pregnant, managing a condition, or taking medication.

Your account

Keep access to your email address, since that is how you sign in. You are responsible for what you write. Reviews should be honest and about the challenge — anything abusive, misleading or aimed at another person may be removed, and a repeatedly abusive account may be closed.

What Jiruma does not promise

The app is provided as it is. It may be unavailable, it may lose data, and the figures shown next to a challenge are what other people have reported rather than a prediction about you. Nobody guarantees you will finish anything.

Stopping

You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes everything permanently. These terms may change; material changes will be noted on this page.
