The sign-in code has not arrived
Check spam first. Codes expire after an hour, and there is a short wait between requests — asking again immediately will not send a second one any faster.
I missed a day
Nothing resets. Jiruma counts the days you showed up and the days you missed, side by side, and neither number ever goes back to zero. The morning after a miss the app says so plainly and moves on.
A day was too hard
Open the challenge and tap I’m struggling. Most challenges offer a smaller version that still counts as a check-in.
I want my data gone
Settings → Delete account. It is immediate and permanent.
